Woodford Reserve
Woodford Reserve is a flagship small-batch bourbon from the historic Labrot & Graham Distillery in Versailles, Kentucky, originally established in 1812 and revived under Brown-Forman in the 1990s. Distilled using both pot and column stills, it features a balanced mash bill of 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley, with aging in new charred oak barrels contributing to its signature depth.
The nose opens with orange peel, cocoa, dried cherry, and toasted oak, while the palate delivers rich layers of toffee, baking spice, dark chocolate, and a touch of mint and leather. It finishes long and warming with gentle spice and sweet oak.
