Benoît journey began in 1999, slowly building his Puligny-Montrachet estate from a tiny collection of family vines to a highly coveted 6-hectare footprint. Driven by a fierce perfectionism in the vineyards, he champions a philosophy of pristine, early harvesting to secure an electric, natural vitality in his fruit. In a deliberate departure from the heavy, oak-driven white Burgundies of the past, his cellar approach leans into absolute transparency, letting the unvarnished identity of his ancient soils take center stage.
