Tokki Soju is a premium, traditional Korean-style rice spirit founded in 2016 by Brandon Hill in Brooklyn, NY (now produced in Rohnert Park, CA). It is made from 100% glutinous rice, fermented with nuruk (barley yeast cake), and distilled in a copper hybrid still to create a clean, additive-free, and versatile liquor. 23% ABV.
