Suntory Toki is a bright, modern Japanese whisky launched in 2016 by the House of Suntory, blending malts from Hakushu and Yamazaki with grain whisky from Chita. The name "Toki" means "time," reflecting the blend's balance of tradition and innovation within Japanese whisky production.
On the nose, it’s fresh and inviting with aromas of green apple, basil, honey, and citrus peel, while the palate offers grapefruit, white grape, peppermint, and a touch of vanilla oak. The finish is crisp and clean, with gentle spice and orchard fruit.
