Antichi Vigneti di Cantalupo, a benchmark producer in Ghemme, Piedmont, crafts the Collis Carellae from select parcels within their 35 hectares of vineyards. The owners of the estate, the Arlunno family, have been farming in the area since the fifteenth century and established the winery in 1969.

Nebbiolo. Aromas of red cherry, rose petal, and subtle spice. On the palate, it presents a harmonious balance of fruit and earthy undertones. Integrated tannic structure and pitch-perfect acidity.
