Tequila Fortaleza Blanco comes from Destilería La Fortaleza (NOM 1493) in the Tequila Valley, revived in 2005 by Guillermo Sauza—fifth-generation descendant of Don Cenobio Sauza—and upholds long-standing traditions like brick ovens, tahona stone crushing, open-air fermentation, and copper pot distillation. This blanco is unaged and additive-free, showcasing the pure, terroir-driven essence of estate-grown blue agave, with natural spring water proofing to 40 % ABV.

On the nose and palate, you’ll experience vibrant citrus zest, cooked agave, olive brine, earthy minerals, black pepper, wildflower honey, and undertones of vanilla—balanced by a savory, vegetal complexity that lingers.
