Elijah Craig Barrel Proof A122 is the first 2022 release from Heaven Hill’s flagship cask-strength bourbon line, aged 12 years and bottled at 120.8 proof (60.4% ABV), uncut and unfiltered straight from the barrel.

The nose offers classic richness—vanilla, caramel, oak, nutmeg, and light honey—opening with mellow baking spices and graham-cracker sweetness. On the palate, it’s thick and warming, delivering layered caramel-chocolate, toasted pecans and walnuts, cinnamon, brown sugar, black pepper, and light leather.
