Château Laubarit is a certified organic estate in Bordeaux’s Entre-Deux-Mers. The estate has been in the Dumas and Simonneau families since the 1780s. Organic since the 1960s, their vines have been tended with certified biodynamic practices since 2002.
This Sauvignon Blanc-based white has a nose packed with limestone, yellow citrus, and fresh grassy tones. Aromatically, it's reminiscent of a clean Sancerre. On the palate, there is a pronounced mineral drive, with flavors of lemon and firm stone fruit.
