The 2016 Ca' del Bosco Annamaria Clementi Franciacorta has a complex and deep nose with notes of baked apple, lemon curd, toasted brioche, ginger, and chalky minerality, along with hints of dried flowers and sea salt. On the palate, it is a powerful, full-bodied, and vinous wine with a persistent mousse, fine and persistent bubbles, and a razor-sharp acidity. It has a bone-dry, long, and exceptionally long finish with complex flavors that evolve from citrus and brioche to almond and mineral notes.
