Corvezzo, a family-run estate in Treviso, has been certified organic since 2014 and is a leader in sustainable Prosecco production. Their Terre di Marca Millesimato Bio 2023 is a vintage-designated bottling made entirely from organic Glera, fermented using the Charmat method with extended lees contact for added finesse.
This is a bright, clean Prosecco with notes of green apple, lemon zest, and white flowers. The mousse is fine, the palate crisp and slightly creamy, finishing with refreshing salinity and subtle mineral lift.
