Domaine Fichet, located in the village of Igé in Burgundy's Mâconnais region, has been under the stewardship of the Fichet family since the 15th century. Brothers Pierre-Yves and Olivier Fichet now manage the estate, cultivating 35 hectares of vineyards with a commitment to sustainable practices. Their 'Jeunes Vignes' Chardonnay is sourced from vines planted in 1988, situated just outside the official Mâconnais appellation.

Chardonnay. Aromas of melon and white citrus, accompanied by crisp apple and pear notes. On the palate, it presents a lightly salty minerality and fresh, cleansing acidity, culminating in a tender finish.
