      This red blend comes from high‑altitude vineyards in the Dolomites of Italy’s Alto Adige region—where producer Peter Dipoli found clay‑limestone slopes with cool mountain diurnal shifts ideal for Bordeaux varieties. Composed typically of ~80% Merlot and ~20% Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine shows deep ruby color, notes of cassis, black cherry, espresso, and subtle medicinal herbs, with a frame of refined tannins and a cool minerality.
