Bordiga Dilei Amaro (700ml)
Bordiga Dilei Amaro is the first amaro created by the Bordiga distillery of Cuneo, Piedmont—founded in 1888—and is named after the historic Caffè Di Lei in nearby Turin, reflecting a rich family and regional heritage. Crafted in a true Alpine style, it’s made with individually macerated wild botanicals—wormwood, two types of gentian, achillea, juniper, thyme, mint, genepy, and cinchona—locally foraged in the Occitan Alps, then sweetened and balanced to a gentle 30% ABV.
The nose is light yet layered with honey, citrus peel, bittersweet orange, mint, thyme, and gentle tea-like spice, leading to a harmonious palate where toffee sweetness meets herbal warmth and juniper-mint freshness.
