Widow Jane 10-Year Bourbon is the flagship expression of Widow Jane, a Brooklyn-based distillery founded in 2012 by Daniel Prieto Preston, which sources aged bourbons from Kentucky, Indiana, and Tennessee and proofs them with distinctive mineral water from New York’s Rosendale mines. It’s a 10-year blend bottled at 91 proof in small five-barrel batches and non-chill filtered to preserve richness.
On the nose, expect warm vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cream, and a hint of cola, while the palate brings orange, maple, cherry, almond, leather, and subtle oak tannins.
