W.L. Weller 12 Year is a revered wheated bourbon from Buffalo Trace Distillery, first created by William Larue Weller in 1849 and now part of the storied Stitzel‑Weller lineage, offering a softer, velvet-smooth character thanks to its wheat-rich mash bill.

Aromatically, it presents inviting notes of lanolin, almond, creamed corn, toasty vanilla, caramel, apple, apricot, and cherry-plum fruit—layered with gentle baking spice and charred oak. On the palate, the profile continues with warm red fruit, honeyed vanilla caramel, cinnamon, toasted pecan, light brown sugar, soft oak, and subtle dark-chocolate and tobacco complexities.
