The wine is organically farmed and fermented with indigenous yeasts, then aged about 12 months in large foudre to emphasize fruit purity and terroir expression.
On the nose it shows bright red berries, subtle spice and earthy herbs; the palate brings juicy cranberry and raspberry framed by lively acidity, fine dusty tannins and a touch of savory mineral character typical of Jura reds.
