It’s a unique triple-aged solera blend combining light, heavy, and pot-still distillates aged 4–35 years, followed by solera cask and vat maturation—a method rarely used outside sherry production

The nose and palate reveal rich layers of vanilla, caramel, dark chocolate, nuts, leather, dried fruit, honeyed spice, and espresso, with subtle tobacco and oak tannins. It finishes long and dry with elegant bitterness and warmth, offering a refined sipping experience or a standout foundation in spirit-forward cocktails.
