Ruinart Rose 375 ml
Founded in 1729 in Reims by Nicolas Ruinart—guided by the vision of his monk uncle Thierry—Ruinart holds the distinction of being the first Champagne house in history, and is credited with creating the world’s first rosé champagne in 1764. This premier‑cru blend comprises roughly 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay, with 20–25% reserve wines and about 18–19% vinified red Pinot Noir, aged for three years in chalk cellars to develop texture and complexity.
Aromas of pomegranate, lychee, guava, red berries, and rose petals, enhanced by spice notes like tonka bean and nutmeg. On the palate, expect silky mousse, a succulent core of macerated raspberry, apricot, honeyed almond, tangerine zest and thyme, finishing with a refreshing mint‑tinged saline lift and elegant structure.
