Ramazzotti Sambuca was introduced in 1815 by Ausano Ramazzotti in Milan, and the brand grew under his family before rebounding from a WWII-era setback and eventually becoming an internationally iconic anise liqueur. This classic Italian sambuca is distilled from star anise, fennel, clove, cinnamon, and coriander, bound into a clear, sugar‑sweetened spirit bottled at 38 % ABV.

On the nose and palate it offers powerful, mouth‑filling licorice and anethole aromas, with layers of fennel and clove, balanced by rich sweetness and a velvety texture.
