      Crafted by Champagne grower Benoît Déhu on the western edge of the Vallée de la Marne, this Extra Brut blend (approx. 77 % Pinot Meunier and 23 % Pinot Noir) is drawn from the single‑parcel “La Rue des Noyers” which the domaine manages biodynamically and ploughs by horse. 

      Aged in oak barrels, bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal dosage, it reveals aromas of red apple, pear, citrus zest, and a subtle herbal‑underbrush note; the palate delivers crisp minerality, bright acidity, fine mousse and a long, clean finish.
