Crafted in Friuli‑Venezia Giulia, Italy, this vibrant aperitivo is a contemporary reinterpretation of the Nonino family’s historic infusion recipes. It blends 18 carefully dried botanicals (flowers, roots, fruits and herbs), infused at low temperature to preserve vivid aroma and color, and is enriched with the distillery’s own ÙE® Monovitigno® Fragolino grape‑distillate. 

Aromatic notes of citrus peel, wild berries, fresh herbs and a gentle bitterness on the finish characterize the drink—at 21 % ABV it’s vegan‑friendly, additive‑free and designed for modern aperitivo culture.
