The wine is grown under biodynamic and vitiforestry practices—trees planted among the vines, cover crops, chickens for pest control—and reflects serious terroir focus in the Montagne de Reims.

      On the nose you’ll find kirsch and red plum, a smoky under‑brush character, white‑peach stone fruit, and chalky mineral tension; on the palate expect fine mousse, bracing yet elegant acidity, saline minerality and a long, precise finish built for aging.
