Maison Noir Oregogne Pinot Noir 2022
Sommelier, author, designer, and educator. André Hueston Mack has spent his career breaking the norms of the wine industry, creating wider spaces for innovation, community, and culinary expression. Under his brand Maison Noir Wines, he has added winemaker to his legacy. This is Pinot Noir grown in the Guadalupe Vineyard in the Dundee Hills of Oregon. De-stemmed fruit has long maceration before aging twelve months in 25% new French oak.
Light-bodied and perfumed, expressing bright cherry, blueberry, bramble, and earthy forest-floor undertones, underpinned by a graceful mineral streak. Very Burgundian in style.
