Whole cluster pressing with barrel fermentation before sixteen months maturation in French oak barrels and six months bottle aging before release.
Flinty, mineral-driven aromatics. The palate is crisp and layered, offering bright lemon, green pear, yellow apple, and a hint of hazelnuts.
