Sommelier, author, designer, and educator. André Hueston Mack has spent his career breaking the norms of the wine industry, creating wider spaces for innovation, community, and culinary expression. Under his brand Maison Noir Wines, he has added winemaker to his legacy. Trousseau from several of the finest vineyards in the Willamette Valley. Seven day cold soak, with an additional eighteen days of skin contact, fermented in stainless steel.
Incredibly fresh on the nose, with hints of rhubarb, black pepper, and crisp cherry. On the palate, there is bright acidity, with nuances of tart blackberry and blue fruits. A dash of lovely tannic form on the tongue.
