From the Languedoc region of Southern France, near Montpellier and specifically in the Étang de Thau (Thau lagoon). The land is rich with rocky soil and hillsides producing sun drenched wines. This is 100% Rolle (aka Vermentino) with a bit of time on the skins producing a cleaner, drier style of skin-contact/orange wine.

Light-bodied, with the slightest hint of apricot-skin tannin, refreshing and clean on the finish. Curious enough to keep your attention while also not entirely off the rails. Perfect for picnics!
