      From the venerable Côte des Blancs estate in Vertus, this 100 % Chardonnay bottling comes exclusively from the mid‑slope “Les Barillers” and “Les Faucherets” parcels within the single terroir of Vertus. Tended biodynamically and vinified with indigenous yeasts, the wine sees alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in old oak and is aged on the fine lees, then disgorged without dosage—just under 1 g/L residual sugar.

      In the glass: poised and luminous with chalky minerality, pear and white‑flower aromatics, crisp citrus zest and powder‑fine texture; the palate is racy, highly focused and built for the long haul.
