La Quintinye Vermouth Royal is produced in Charente, France, by the team behind Maison Villevert, blending local wines and Pineau des Charentes with a selection of 18 botanicals. Named after Jean-Baptiste de La Quintinye, botanist to King Louis XIV.
Notes of white peach, orange blossom, and honeyed herbs, with a supple texture and a faint bitter snap. Balanced and aromatic, it works well on its own over ice or in refined aperitif cocktails.
