Sommelier, author, designer, and educator. André Hueston Mack has spent his career breaking the norms of the wine industry, creating wider spaces for innovation, community, and culinary expression. Under his brand Maison Noir Wines, he has added winemaker to his legacy. Carefully selected Pinot Noir from Oregon vineyards. Fifty percent of the wine is fermented in stainless steel and the remaining in new oak. The wine rests in barrel for eight months before bottling.
Showing aromas of black cherry, ripe raspberry, and crushed cranberry, underscored by subtle forest‑floor notes, and fresh thyme. Supple on the palate, showcasing juicily vibrant red‑fruit flavors balanced by lively acidity.
