We love everything coming out of this small independent Charleston based distillery. The profile is unmistakably Italian but the main ingredients are local Southern specialties: Dancy Tangerine, wild mint, Charleston black tea, gentian root and neutral cane spirit made from locally grown cane. A uniquely American Amaro. Be sure to try their Jimmy Red Whiskey - also one of our favorites from them!
