Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a signature blend introduced by Suntory in 2015, crafted using malt and grain whiskies from Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries, matured in a minimum of five cask types—including Mizunara oak—to create a harmonious expression of Japanese blending artistry. The iconic 24-faceted bottle and washi-label reflect the 24 traditional Japanese seasons, reinforcing Hibiki’s commitment to nature and aesthetics.
On the nose, expect delicate floral notes—rose, orange blossom, lychee—with honeyed sweetness, sandalwood, and gentle oak. The palate delivers silky vanilla, candied citrus, white peach and apricot, finishing with a medium-length grace of mizunara oak spice and subtle incense.
