Chardonnay from across the Côte d'Or and Côte Chalonnaise. The wine is primarily fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel to preserve its fruit-forward character, with a minor portion aged in neutral French oak for textural finesse.

Lifted aromas of lemon zest, green apple, and white flowers, with subtle hints of blanched almond and stone. Clean and lively with vibrant citrus and orchard fruit, a bright mid-palate and a long, minerally finish.
