The GlenAllachie 8 Year Old is a Speyside single‑malt Scotch from the independent GlenAllachie distillery in Aberlour, bottled at 46 % ABV with no chill filtration or added color. It’s matured in a mix of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry puncheons, virgin oak casks and red wine barriques, giving layered complexity.

The nose shows heather honey, butterscotch, cinnamon and ginger, with hints of toasted almonds and mocha, while the palate delivers dried sultanas, treacle, honeycomb and spice with a warm, slightly sweet finish.
