Giffard Elderflower is a premium floral liqueur from the historic house of Giffard & Cie in Angers, Loire Valley, France—established in 1885 and still family‑run. Made using elderflower blossoms that are hand‑picked in spring, naturally dried and then macerated in neutral spirit, yielding about 20% ABV.

On the nose are intense floral notes of elderflower blossom, lychee, honey and citrus, perhaps with a subtle thread of saffron; on the palate it’s lightly syrupy, with lush elderflower and lychee flavors balanced by fresh acidity and a gently lingering floral finish.
