his rare wine is made from 100 % Pelaverga Piccolo—a variety virtually unique to the Verduno zone in Piedmont—grown organically in sandy, limestone‑rich vineyards at 250‑350 m elevation. Fermented in stainless steel (six‑eight days on skins) and aged only briefly in stainless or cement tanks (no new oak), it delivers bright wild‑strawberry and cherry fruit, wild‑herb nuances of rosemary and sage, a signature white‑pepper spice and a lively mineral backbone.
