Fattoria Selvapiana farms organically in the cool, high-elevation zone of Chianti Rùfina, just northeast of Florence. All fermentations are done with natural yeasts and wines see limited sulfur during winemaking process. Grapes are planted alongside the estate’s hundreds of olive trees.

Sangiovese. Herbal nose, with dried red flowers and touch of dark spice. Red cherry, blood orange, and a dash of earth show above a structure of lively acidity and gentle tannins.
