Santa Vittoria is a 35-hectare estate in the Valdichiana hills between Siena and Arezzo. Centuries old, it is now under the stewardship of Francesco Niccolai and his family, producing wine, olive oil, wheat, and sunflower seeds. Aromas of apricot and honey. Succulent on the palate, with dried figs, cherries, and a hint of nuttiness. Beautifully soft in structure, with a core of mouthwatering acidity.
