Easton 'Saureel Vineyard' Vermentino 2021
100% Vermentino made by the legendary Rhône Ranger, Bill Easton, from both estate fruit and supplemented fruit from the Saureel Vineyard with sandy, granite soils. Whole-cluster pressed to tank and stainless steel fermented at 60˚F. Once fermented dry, racked to neutral French oak barrels for the winter and early spring of the following year.
Chalky, stony and peach pit aromas give way to flavors of white peach, sea salt, and white flowers. Dry, delicate, and long-lasting.
