Etienne Julien is a rising star bringing attention to Comblanchien, just south of Nuits-Saint-Georges, where demand for his wines has surged since his 2012 debut. The fifth-generation steward of a 10-hectare estate built by his father Gérard, he continues to elevate the domaine with a shift toward more organic farming and a focus on prized old-vine holdings, including parcels in Nuits-Saint-Georges and Échezeaux Grand Cru.

This is 100% Aligote, a crisp, dry wine is characterized by aromas of white flowers and crisp pear, supported by a chalky, mineral-driven backbone and high acidity. The 1.5L magnum format is ideal for aging and serving.
