This wine hails from a tiny 1.39 ha (3.4 acre) plot planted to 100 % Pinot Noir in the Aux Boulardes lieu‑dit near Vosne‑Romanée, on silty‑limestone soils and vines aged from the 1960s to ’89. 

Expect a mid‑weight red offering aromas of cherry, raspberry, tea leaf and dried‑earth minerality, supported by fine tannins and lifted acidity.
