Produced by Domaine des Coteaux du Val de Sorne in Vernantois, Jura, the 2011 vintage is crafted from 100% Savagnin vines (aged 33 & 27 years) planted on blue marl soils. This Vin Jaune is aged for six years and four months in barrels under a natural veil (voile) without topping up, with minimal to no added SO₂ (<20 mg/L).

On the nose and palate expect evocative aromas of hazelnut, almond skin, oxidised citrus peel, dried orchard fruit, and a profound mineral‑saline undercurrent; the palate is dry yet rich, with bracing acidity, leathery texture and a long‑finishing whisper of spice and umami.
