Domaine des Ardoisières produces tightly etched alpine whites from steep, biodynamically farmed terraces in the foothills of Savoie. Silice Blanc blends Jacquère and Chardonnay grown on mica-schist and sandy, shallow soils, giving the wine its crystalline citrus profile, saline minerality, and cool-mountain lift. Native-yeast fermentation and élevage in neutral vessels keep the 2024 vintage crisp, linear, and pure, emphasizing freshness and precision over weight.
Lively lemon peel, white peach, and crushed stone lead into a taut, saline palate with alpine herb accents and a long, briskly mineral finish.
