Guillaume Michaut comes from a well-known winemaking family in Chablis. In 2018, after 14 years working at his family's domaine, Guillaume created his own estate. In order to promote his wines and terroir rather than himself, he named his organic estate after it's map coordinates.
A flashy Petit Chablis, with all the limestone edginess we could hope for. Firm apricot and lemon zest on the nose, with a palate of saline-driven chalkiness and clean green apple. Gorgeously sharp in profile.
