A singular, limited-release grappa from the venerable Poli Distillerie—an artisan, family-owned grappa maker founded in 1898 in Schiavon, Veneto—crafted by small-batch steam distillation in copper stills using pomace from Vespaiolo grapes dried for Torcolato dessert wine . First conceived in 1984 by Jacopo Poli in collaboration with Fausto Maculan, this grappa captures the concentrated sweetness and botrytis character of the late-harvest fruit.
