Diletta Tonello has been in charge of winemaking at her family’s estate since 2013. Founded by her father in the late-80s by Antonio Tonello, in the volcanic hills of the Lessini Mountains between Verona and Vicenza, the estate now spans 12 hectares of organically tended vineyards. Diletti recently started her own micro project on the etstate, where she focuses on the local Durello grape.

Crisp on the nose with clean yellow and green citrus, white pepper, and wafts of clean mountain air. The palate is full of lemon zest, just ripe pineapple and crackling limestone. Prickly bubbles dance on the tongue, lending a structure of invigorating perfection.
