Crivelli’s Ruchè comes from sustainably farmed hillside parcels in Castagnole Monferrato, where sandy, calcareous soils highlight the variety’s aromatic intensity and natural lift. Fermented with native yeasts and aged briefly in stainless steel, it emphasizes purity, vibrancy, and the expressive florality that defines Ruchè.

Rose petal, wild strawberry, and raspberry mingle with hints of cardamom, clove, and soft herbal spice, finishing bright, silky, and perfumed with gentle tannin.
