Corte Pagliare Verdieri Lambrusco Viadanese Sabbionetano
Corte Pagliare Verdier was founded in 2001 by Mimma Vignoli and her husband and now has a small holding of 3 hectares around the village of Sabbionetta in Emilia-Romagna. The estate focuses on sparkling wines from the three clones of Lambrusco, including the Viadanese, Sorbara, Salamino, and Ancellotta grapes. Wines are fermented naturally, which helps retain the natural vigor of the wines.
On the nose, this Lambrusco exudes a pristinely smoky, minerally, and earthy bouquet. The palate is similarly as articulate, with snappy bubbles and flavors of dried cherry, graphite, and fresh herbs.
