Cocchi Vermouth Extra Dry
Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry debuted in 2021 to celebrate Giulio Cocchi’s 130th anniversary, crafted by the historic Cocchi winery in Asti—founded in 1891 by Italian pastry chef Giulio Cocchi and operated today by the Bava family—highlighting its Piedmontese heritage and strict use of local ingredients like Cortese grapes and Alpine wormwood. Made in the traditional Vermouth di Torino style, it starts with a Cortese base wine (same grape as Gavi DOCG), aromatized with piemontese peppermint, lemon peel, cardamom, coriander, angelica, and wormwood.
On the nose and palate, it’s crisp and elegant—offering fresh apple, honeydew melon, white flowers, and bright citrus, with a silky, herbal core of wormwood, mint, coriander, and angelica.
