Capovilla Grappa di Amarone Riserva is a luxurious grappa from Capovilla Distillati in Veneto, Italy—founded by Vittorio Capovilla, a pioneer in elevating grappa via low‑temperature bain‑marie distillation and slow aging methods . Made from the pomace of Amarone della Valpolicella and double‑distilled in copper alembics, this Riserva is aged for four years in French barriques and finished with a tobacco-leaf distillate for a "da sigaro" twist at 46% ABV.
