CANAVIAIS [ka•NAH•vi•ice], translating to “sugarcane fields” in Portuguese, comes from the Brazilian coastal state of Santa Catarina produced from some of the most coveted varieties in South America.
It is incredibly cocktail-friendly to use in a classic Caipirinha, Batida, or as a substitute for unaged rum.
